Create a beautiful outdoor flora suncatcher for your garden.  Learn the basics of cutting techniques, placing stained glass, gluing and grouting as you create a 8 X 10 inch frame.  No art or mosaic experience is required.  A materials fee of $25.00 is payable to the instructor at the first class. Instructor: ELEANOR PARR-DILEO
